Make the offer, make the deal!

Make the offer!
A lot of times we make assumptions about what a seller is or is not going to accept, and buyers end up just not even making an offer.
They never even get the conversation started based on their own assumptions.
Especially in the investment world, you see people snagging deals left and right and you wonder how did they do that?
It's usually pretty simple, they made the offer. They asked.
If you're a buyer, or an investor, and especially when you're looking at homes that have been on the market for awhile, make the offer.
This obviously should be within reason, a seller is probably not going to take $100,000 for their $350,000 home that's been on the market 45 days, but make the offer at what you'd feel comfortable paying for the property.
You might be surprised at what sellers are willing to do or what their motivation might be.
If you never ask, it'll always be a no. This is how you get deals to happen.
