My real estate journey began with house hacking a duplex on the east side of St. Paul, which my wife and I purchased in January 2021 and we still own today. From there, I scaled into a 7-unit apartment building in Brooklyn Center, which I also continue to own and operate. In February 2024, I expanded further into a larger multifamily investment, acquiring an 11-unit apartment building in South Minneapolis with a partner, where we completed a full renovation, stabilized the property through leasing, and managed operations for two years before successfully selling it in March 2026.
This hands-on experience directly translates into how I serve clients and the value I bring.
