How big are the homesites?
All 21 are two acres or more, from 2.00 to 11.91 acres.
What do homesites cost?
Homesites start at $118,900. Estate creek lots run up to $257,900. Ask for current lot status.
Who builds the homes?
Boulder Contracting, a family-owned north metro builder with more than 30 years and 1,500+ homes built.
Is there an HOA?
No. Wickstrom Estates South has no HOA and no HOA dues.
What are the utilities?
Every homesite is on a private well and septic system, with natural gas service available.
Are there home size requirements?
The five estate lots (Block 1, Lots 4 to 8) call for two-stories of 3,000+ finished sq ft or ramblers of 2,000+ finished sq ft on the main level. Ask for the covenants that apply to the other lots.
How long does a build take?
About 9 to 10 months from choosing a lot to moving in.
What school district is it in?
St. Francis Area Schools, ISD 15.
Is there a home I can buy now?
