I'm Tyler Nash, a real estate advisor, investor, and partner dedicated to helping people make confident moves in real estate.
My journey started with a simple but powerful strategy: house hacking my first duplex on the east side of St. Paul. That experience taught me firsthand how real estate can build wealth and financial freedom. From there, I scaled steadily, moving from single-family homes into mid-size multifamily properties and small apartment buildings.
Today, I use that same knowledge to guide my clients, whether they're buying their first home, moving up to their next, or building an investment portfolio of their own. My goal is to be more than just your agent. I'm your long-term teacher, advisor, and trusted partner in building the future you're working toward.
I live in Forest Lake with my wife, two boys and two rescue dogs, but I go anywhere my clients need me!
